Certificates

Amnimeat supplies numerous butchers, food markets and wholesalers throughout Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Quality and food safety has always been our greatest concern. To ensure that our products comply with these requirements, various external authorities are checking us.

We can say with pride that our company meets the highest standards; we received the following certificates and identification marks:

E. G. and identification marks

An EC number is assigned by the FASFC (Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain). For this, the company must comply with the EEC regulations related to hygiene, and is monitored and inspected to make sure the law and the complete hygiene protocol are respected. The obtained EC mark ensures that a company can produce and export food products abroad.

The EC- and identification mark of our cutting plant is: CEE 1/05

HACCP

This verification process ensures that during our production process the contamination‘ risk is minimized. We do this by following the HACCP plan, consisting of a hazard analysis (HA), the identification of all critical control points (CCPs), the specifying of criteria, the application of a control system. When a CCP no more complies with the criteria, actions are undertaken; all is registered and the system is verified by external audits. Although this process is only the beginning for us, the interest should not be underestimated.
